Article 1. Preliminaries
This document is to define the general methods and conditions in which the site AB-Hardcore allows the member to access the data enabling him to participate. Each connection to the database will be subject to normal rules and regulations as already accepted by the member upon inscription to the site.

Article 2. Object
AB-Hardcore allows access to data permitting the member to go on line accessing erotic photos and/or pornographic material of stars or proffesionals.

Article 3. 1. Conditions of entrance - beware
Entrance to the database of AB-Hardcore is chargable.This service is strictly reserved for persons OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE or, if resedent outside France, these persons must be within legal minimum age of their residing country.
This service is strictly reserved for persons for whom nudity of either gender or various sexual practices are not offensive.

3. 2. Confidentiality
Each member must promise never to divulge the existance of this site or this service to minors, conforming to the laws of his country of residence. The member must promise never to down load any material from this service onto any site accessible by minors. The member must promise to safeguard his computer from access to this site by minors.

3. 3. Opening up your personal account - security of payment.
The members personal account will be opened upon acceptance of all the afore mentioned regulations proposed before inscription, which will only be valid upon correct completion of the subscription form, and only after the first payment accepted upon the following conditions. He will then be allocated a personal password and access code.
The prices will be displayed in euros and in French francs or in dollors, all taxes inclusive outside normal internet charges.
Each member will be required to provide his bank details to AB-Hardcore. The fee can be paid only by bankerws card, VISA, MASTERCARD and other CARTES BLEUES. The account will be open only for the specific time desired by the member, from the first payment received from the members bank account.
The number of the members bankers card will be closely guarded via the secured site S-N-S (https://www.S-N-S.net, beneficiaries of a certificate delivered by Thawte Server CA on the 14-05-2001) with all legal protections therein, and assures confidentiality of all information given by the newly inscribed member.
The taking of the number of the bank card will be effected only once, upon inscription, all information will be conserved in the registration data of AB-Hardcore during the length of the inscription as stipulated in article 10.

3. 4. 1. Identificatiion of a new member
The member will be given a personal password and identification code (login) upon his inscription.
Both login and password are secure and personal. In the case of loss of either password or code, the member should contact the site immediately at the following address: abonnements@AB-Hardcore.com
Both login and password are strictly confidential. In the case of multiple identifications only the first account opened will be recognised and maintained by AB-Hardcore. Breach of these regulations will be governed by article 5 to follow.
The member promises to keep his identification code secret and not to divulge it to any third party, note, any disclosure of the identification code will be entirely the responsibility of the member.

3. 4. 2 Hypertext connections - warning
Upon his first inscription to AB-Hardcore the member will receive, via e-mail, hypertext connections permitting direct access to the site.

3.5 Acceptance of payment -proof
The member, at the time of inscription, understands all costs and should give all bank details by clicking on "J'adhere au reglement du site" on the summary page. On clicking on this icone the member agrees to accept full payment.

The data recorded by the system of payment constitutes proof of financial transactions.

3.6 Electronic information and communications
The member, upon inscription, accepts that information and other electronic communications will be transmitted to him by the intermediates of AB-Hardcore. Nevertheless, it is possible to block this service by clicking on 'NON'.The member can modify this choice by clicking on the icone 'OUI' if desired.

3.7 Integrity and update of information
The member promises to give exact and complete information and to update said information when required, notably upon receipt of questionnaire by electronic post or other, as soon as possible.

Article 4. Connection
Access to data is possible 24/24 hours, 7/7 days except in the case of overload or unforseen site crash.
Access to the Programme is made firstly from the members computer system connected through a telecommunications network allowing access to Internet.
Telephone connection charge allows connection to the Internet network and to the site www.AB-Hardcore.com, thusto the sites Partenaires, to the charge of the member or visitor.
Access to the Programme will be given only upon receipt of complete and correct personal details given by the member upon completion of his identification sheet.

Article 5 Termination
5. 1. Termination of the site
AB-Hardcore reserves the right to terminate the contract by e-mail without prior notice or compensation in the case of a members disrespect to his obligations in the following cases:
- any use of piracy and/or attempt of illicit use of information of any of the data circulated on the site.
- abusive or fraudulant use of the data harmful to the site and/or falsification of any information transmitted on the site.
- any modification or attempt of modification of th rules of play and/or operations proposed on the Programme, notably in order to change the result or any other element which may affect the gains and eventual winnings.
- any operation involving using a pseudonym or code connected to a real person and more generally any dishonest attitude of a member to the detriment or lack of respect to other members, such as the use of any material or computer programme impersonating a human being.
- following the notification by Internet users that a member has not respected the code of conduct or has used Internet to carry predjudice to any third party, as against all moral code.
- because of any failure, other than those stated, at any disposal of a payment present on the site AB-Hardcore.
The report by AB-Hardcore of one the the themes hereby mentioned will result in immediate termination of the database and will prohibit the member from any future access to the site AB-Hardcore.The termination will be notified to the member by e-mail and thus entered into the termination file, guaranteeing the perfect integrity of the aforsaid messages. All termination will result in the immediate closure of the account, the member being held liable for all costs and damages incurred, and guarantees the site AB-Hardcore against any recourse of a third party. Moreover the member will be unable to claim any restitution whatsoever from AB-Hardcore as defined in article 10. AB-Hardcore also reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without prior notice by e-mail.

5. 2. Termination by the member
The member can, at any time, terminate his contract by registered letter addressed to SNS - Chemin de Caumia - 64270 Salies-de-Bearn or by registered e-mail to the society AB-Hardcore at the following address: webmaster@ab-hardcore.com.
The termination will take effect upon receipt of registered mail. No restitution of costs can be claimed by the member as defined in article 10.

Article 6. Payment modifications
The site reserves the right to modify the regulations without prior notice at any time, on line. The new arrangements will take effect upon publication on line.

Article 7. Applicable litigation
The present regulations, and all relations tied with AB-Hardcore and all members or visitors are registered under French law. Any litigation will be made through the Courts of France.

Article 8. Responsibility of the site AB-Hardcore
8. 1. Obligatioin of means
The consultation and eventual participation of the database of AB-Hardcore presupposes on the part of the member the full knowledge and acceptance of all limits of Internet, notably as to technical performance, risks of interruption and generally any risks against all connections and transmissions on Internet, and notably the risks of piracy, illicit access and contamination by virus. Consiquently the member should realise the network has unequaled capacity and proper policies of utilisation, and cannot guarantee proper function of Internet on the whole, and all connections and participation in the site are of the members own responsibility entirely.
From this time the site AB-Hardcore assumes one simple obligatiion of means and not an obligation resulting in the execution of its prestations.
We promise, however, to make available all possibilities to assure access to the Programme to both member and visitor.

8. 2. Limitation of responsibility
The site AB-Hardcore cannot be held responsible for the following:
- if, for any reason certain Programmes are interrupted, suspended, modified or annuled, or in case of breakdown of access to the site www.AB-Hardcore.com and/or sites Partenaires.
- the consequences either direct or indirect, and/or all damage affecting the member or visitor as a result of hacking or piratage or of a contamination of the data and/or software, and/or in event of a call to external resources of data processing with those available to the member of the site AB-Hardcore.
- of the transmission and/or reception of all data and/or information on Internet or the loss of all data and/or electronic post.
- in the case of use of the Programme by the member, not conforming to the regulations.
- in the case of hijack or piratage of pseudo/code, of all personal information and in case of third party in the members account.
- in the case of non-respect by the member of the stipulations of article 3 of present regulations.

Article 9. Obligations and responsibilities of the member
9. 1. Rules of usage of Internet
The member accepts to comply with the regulations upon usage of Internet. Notably he forbids himself all connectiion on all or any part of any site, or of any server, of an account of which he does not have authorisation to access.
The member promises to take all necessary measures to protect the database and/or software against contamination by virus circulated on the network Internet and so on the Programme and any intrusion by third party.
The member is legally informed that the data circulated on Internet can be regulated or be protected by propriety rights. They promise to respect the rights attached to the database and will be held responsible for any misuse of data.

9. 2. Transmission of information and confidentiality
The member is plainly responsible for his name and all information given to the site and promises to supply honest and good quality base.
The member has been informed that all his personal bases circulated on the network Internet are not protected against hijack or piratage, and he transmits all information at his own risk.

9. 3. Respect and loyalty to the site.
The member promises not to illegally use the data of AB-Hardcore or Partenaires, and not to transmit any illegal or immoral material contrary to public order, and not to transmit any messages or information harmful to Celebrites- stars, its members, its Partenaires or the any third parties, and not to hold up the use of the database, and not to use the Programme to transmit a virus or other harmful data.
The member promises to respect all regulations and conditions of use and codes and rules on the site www.AB-Hardcore.com and its sites Partenaires and to show loyalty in their usage.
More generally the member should remember that he is solely responsible for the usage and access of the database and guarantees to use it without harm, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, caused by himself or a third party.

9. 4. Personal and confidential use of members identity
The member is solely responsible for the use of his login/password and promises to keep it secret.
Also, all connection to the database or transmission of data carried out upon use of the identificatiion of the member will be reputed to have been carried out by the member himself or a bona-fide under his own responsibility.
In case of loss or theft, or of hojack and usage of his login/password, the member must inform AB-Hardcore immediately by registered e-mail to abonnements@AB-Hardcore.com, or by registered letter to the society SNS - Chemin de Caumia - 64270 Salies-de-Bearn in order to access and secure his account and will be held solely responsible for all use of the non authorised hijack just until his account is blocked by AB-Hardcore.

Article 10. Length of membership
The membership will start upon complete and correct completion of the identification sheet by the member, validated by the site, and upon payment of the fee as defined in article 3.3 of the regulations.
The duration of contract will be decided by the member upon his inscription.
The duration can be from 48 hours, 1 month, 3 months or annual.
The member is expressly informed that this contract will be automatically renewed a year from the date of inscription, in accordance with the following modes:
- if the contract is for the duration of 48 hours, 3 euros, this contract will automatically be renewed for a period of 1 month - that is a contract to the value of 30 euros.
-if the contract is for the duration of 1 month, 30 euros, this contract will automatically be renewed for a period of 3 months - that is a contract to the value of 60 euros.
- if the contract is for the duration of 3 months, 60 euros this contract will be automatically renewed for a period of 3 months with a contract to the value of 50 euros.
- if the contract is for the duration of 3 months 50 euros, this contract will be renewed for a period of 3 months with a contract to the value of 40 euros.

- if the contract is for the duration of 3 months 40 euros, this contract will be renewed for a period of 3 months with a contract to the value of 30 euros.

- if the contract is for the duration of 3 months 30 euros, this contract will be renewed for a period of 3 months with a contract to the value of 20 euros.

Each time the member has the possibility to denounce this renewal by registered letter addressed to the society SNS - Chemin de Caumia - 64270 Salies-de-Bearn, or by registered e-mail to webmaster@ab-hardcore.com, simply notifying the company of his wish to terminate the contract under the conditions defined in article 5.2.

Article 11 Information and freedom
The member is reminded that the chosen data concerned is collected at the time of inscription, thus at the time of his participation to the database.

11. 1. Authorisation of making up and usage of data file
When the member has authorised AB-Hardcore, that is when the icone OUI or NON of the inscription form is clicked on OUI, the personal data made up will be centralised on the data file, secured by the site AB-Hardcore, who will control the access and use.
This file is inclusive without stating the obvious.
- the information given at the time of inscription.
- the complementary profiles eventually given.
- the information given upon completion of other questionnaires and/or punctual operations.
- the information concerning the account of the member and use thereof.
The site AB-Hardcore promises not to divulge to third party any information given by the member which remains strictly confidential and under its entire control.
The site AB-Hardcore assures the full protection of information which will be systematically transmitted and used in secure methods in accordance with the proceedures noted in article 3.3 of the rules.
This information can be used by the site in order to select and personalise the electronic communications, and others, that will be transmitted by the member according to his interests and his profile, by intermediary of the society S.N.S.net when the member accepts to receive them.
Upon this consideration, it is to be remembered that at any time the member must be prepared to give, or retrieve, his authority to the faculty upon clicking on the icone OUI/NON on his inscription from corresponding to legal authorisation.
The present article cannot prevent the transfer of the activities toa third party.

11. 2. Rights of access and rectification
Conforming to law no. 78-017 of 6 January 1978, relative to computer science, the member is informed that he can ask the site AB-Hardcore any nominative information and personal data and rectify them in the case of expiry upon writing to SNS - Chemin de Caumia - 64270 Salies-de-Bearn.

Article 12. Complaints
All complaints must be in writing and sent to the society SNS - Chemin de Caumia - 64270 Salies-de-Bearn, or sent by e-mail to webmaster@ab-hardcore.com

Article 13. Copyright.
All texts, commentaries, works, illustrations and reproduced images on the site AB-Hardcore and affiliated sites are reserved under the title rights of the author, thus under the title of the copyright for all. For this reason, and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Intellectual Property, is for private use only.
